Now that all the fundraising from the Tour de Frimley 2015 cycle challenge has been counted, the Breast Care Appeal received a cheque for £12,000 which has pushed the appeal total to £610,000. This fantastic new total was achieved through the hard work and determination of our 12 Tour de Frimley riders, who cycled over 1000km across Northern France and Belgium in August 2015. The challenge was heavily supported by the 3PWRR Army Reservists in Farnham and sponsored by Brandtastic in Fleet and GearedUp Cycles in Ash Vale.
There will be one more Tour de Frimley cycle challenge for the Breast Care Appeal in August 2016, with 16 riders trying to achieve a fundraising target of £30,000. You can keep up to date with their progress on their Tour de Frimley Facebook page.
