Meeting 2023 Sewing Bee winner

Whilst at the 2024 ABS annual conference, I was lucky to meet BBC’s 2023 Great British Sewing Bee winner and fellow consultant breast surgeon from Cardiff Miss Asmaa Al-Allak.

ABS Conference 2024

At the annual Association of Breast Surgeons (ABS) Conference and Annual General Meeting in Bournemouth May 2024 I was proud to be voted in as Trustee of the ABS serving in the Communications Department. Whilst there I chaired a session on “from radical mastectomy to extreme conservation”.

Association of Breast Surgery conference May 2022 in Liverpool. First conference since Covid pandemic outbreak and great to be back with the team who trained me when I was on my own Oncoplastic Fellowship back in 2007.

Oxford Oncoplastic Skills Course (OOPS)

This July saw the return of the face to face courses hosted by the Association of Breast Surgery (ABS). It was wonderful to return to the classroom after 18 months of Covid-19 lockdowns and remote learning. Well done to the Said Business School, Oxford & PG Roy for successfully facilitating this course.
